SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

SHIPMENT

After shipment, we will send you a notification email containing the Tracking number of your shipment. In this way you can monitor the status of the shipment by courier.
The delivery times are calculated from the receipt of the payment (which coincides with the order if it is paid by credit card or Paypal, while it is variable for the payment by bank transfer). For details, the page of each product shows the delivery times generally foreseen. They can range from a minimum of 5 to 10 working days.
 Shipping costs are the same throughout Italy (including islands).
They change according to the volumetric weight of the order.

DELIVERY

The delivery is carried out throughout Italy, in some countries of the European Union and at specialized retailers Cotto Cusimano..
Cotto Cusimano warns you before delivery, by mail, that your merchandise has been shipped.
The courier will deliver your order to the address entered during the order and does not carry out deliveries to the floor.
The courier will attempt the delivery 2 times, leaving a notice that documents the actual passage.
After the two attempts, the package will fall into stock (the expenses of the stock shall then be debited to the customer).

If the goods received are damaged or defective, you will have to email the problem to customer service (ordini@cottocusimano.it), attaching some photographs to documentation of the damage/defect, so we can evaluate the report. We will contact you and tell you how to manage your return. You can then decide whether to receive a replacement product (also other than originally ordered) or refund your order.
