In case the goods received are damaged or defective, you will have to email the problem to customer service (ordini@cottocusimano.it), attaching some photographs to documentation of the damage/defect, so we can evaluate the report. We will contact you and tell you how to manage your return. You can then decide whether to receive a replacement product (also other than originally ordered) or refund your order.
Cotto Cusimano makes available to its customers the satisfaction guarantee. If the product you buy does not meet your expectations, you can use the right of withdrawal, and we will return the amount spent on your purchase (delivery costs to the customer).

 In the course of refund practice, once you have received the products (and verified their integrity) Cotto Cusimano Srl will provide, as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of receipt of the goods, to credit the customer the cost of the products returned (as indicated in the invoice), while retaining, where necessary, the amount of the shipping costs that will be definitively borne by the customer.
Refunds are made according to the payment method used for the balance of the order:
For bank transfer refunds you will have to send your IBAN code. For credit card refunds the amount due shall be credited back to your credit card used for the payment of the order.   For PayPal refunds the amount due will be credited back to the PayPal account used for the payment of the order.
