Le temperature sopra indicate si riferiscono al piano cottura (suolo). Per la misurazione della temperatura del piano cottura si consiglia l’utilizzo di una pistola termometrica. I forni di nostra produzione operano la cosiddetta “cottura per induzione”. 

Sfruttando la capacità dell’argilla cotta di incamerare il calore e di rilasciarlo in modo costante e prolungato, il cibo ha la possibilità di cuocere nel modo più sano e tradizionale.
